Torvian early-access data handling
Information you provide
We collect the details you submit about yourself and your digital business, experience, availability and preferred arrangements. We record contact permission, optional marketing permission and campaign or referral information supplied with your visit. Registration does not make your submission public.
Review and confidentiality
Authorised administrators review submissions and record qualification, outreach and potential partnership discussions. Private commercial information and signed letters of intent are access-restricted. We do not publish identities, metrics, logos or available opportunities without appropriate permission. Account and payment services remain subject to their existing protections.
Contact choices
Required contact permission concerns your submission and related early-access discussions. Marketing permission is optional and separate. Ask us to stop contacting you, withdraw publication permission, correct your information or discuss deletion through Contact or cloutistry@gmail.com. Any legal or accounting records that must be retained are considered separately. Submission records have no automatic deletion schedule at present.
Services and storage
Torvian uses Lovable Cloud for access-controlled storage and account services, and managed email to notify Torvian of new submissions. Stripe handles existing payment services; early-access submission does not initiate a payment. Campaign details may be retained in your browser for the current session and stored with a submission. No marketing emails are automatically sent by early-access registration.
